Redcliffe is a picturesque seaside city located 35 minutes north of Brisbane and is home to approximately 52,000 people and includes the suburbs of Scarborough, Redcliffe, Margate, Woody Point, Clontarf, Kippa-Ring and Rothwell. Average summer temperature is 29 degrees celsius and the average winter temperature is 21 degrees celsius.

Safe, sandy beaches and scenic parks span Redcliffe’s 22km of glorious coastline. Redcliffe’s stunning views of Moreton Bay, Hays Inlet and the Glasshouse Mountains are also something to be savoured.

Numerous leisure activities can be enjoyed on the peninsula, making Redcliffe one of the southeast Queensland’s most scenic recreational playgrounds. Around 1.2 million tourists travel to the peninsula each year to soak up some of Redcliffe’s magic.

Today, Redcliffe is a modern city that still possesses the charm and beauty of a small seaside holiday town. The mix of old and new continues to make the city so inviting to locals and visitors alike. Redcliffe offers its businesses and residents low congestion, plenty of parking, affordable rent and excellent integration between home and workplace facilities.

Houses, units and land along Brisbane’s bayside has benefited from the surging popularity of coastal property. The greater Redcliffe area has recorded a median house price of $285,000 as at September 2004, which is $70,000 less than the median house price of greater Brisbane. Five years ago, house prices at Redcliffe averaged just $110,000. The growth rate in median house price during this five years period equates to an average annual compounding rate of 21%.
