50/50 Conjunct with National Pacific

We welcome the opportunity to work with other agents to help sell our exclusive and sole agency listings. We offer a full 50/50 conjunction on ANY of our listings and will assist in any way to help you achieve the sale with us. In fact we believe that agents who don’t conjunct or limit the conjunct to less than 50/50 or put time constraints on the conjunction (ie. Only conjunct after first 4 weeks) are NOT acting in their sellers best interest. These agents are putting THEIR OWN interests before their clients. If you think you could have a potential buyer for one of our properties here’s what to do.

Working in Conjunction
  1. Contact the listing salesperson or our office.
  2. The salesperson will answer any questions you have regarding the property and can also email a property brochure to you.
  3. Provide your clients name to our consultant (note: we don’t require any address or contact details, we respect the fact that this is YOUR client referral and we will not solicit for their business).
  4. If we have not shown the property or given information on the property to the client ourselves we will organise an inspection of the property.
  5. We will email or fax you a conjunction confirmation for your client.
  6. We ask that you accompany your clients to the inspection.
  7. Our salesperson will present the property to you and your clients and answer any questions.
  8. Should your clients wish to present an offer our office or salesperson will provide the contract to you for execution by your buyer.
  9. Your agencies name will be shown on the contract as the conjuncting agent.
  10. We will hold and deposit monies in our trust account and provide receipts and copies of contracts etc to yourself, your buyers and solicitors, financers etc.
  11. Your agency is to provide a tax invoice to our office for the 50% conjunction plus GST.
  12. We will advise you of deposit received, confirmation of finances etc.
  13. Immediately following settlement we will post a cheque for your invoice.

Note: Should there be insufficient deposit to cover the commission your cheque will be forwarded when the balance of commission is received.

Should your buyer not buy we can email you details of any new listings that may suit as they come in.
